How to Place an Order
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Select your Australian wine and products from their range and add them to the shopping cart.
2. Register or Create A New Account.
(Important: You may have to fill in the STATE and ZIP CODE of the recipient to register with some of our partners in the USA)
3. Confirm your Legal Drinking Age eligibility if you are a new customer.
4. Enter the required billing information.
5. Enter the shipping/delivery information of the RECEIVER, including any special delivery instructions.
6. Confirm your order.
7. Make your secure online credit card payment using their SECURE PAYMENT GATEWAY.
8. All Done!

During the order process, you will be asked to fill out your name and address (as the purchaser) and under 'Shipping Details' fill out all the information required for delivery to the recipient.

Legal Age Requirement
All wine is to be delivered only to a person who is of legal drinking age in the country of delivery. By ordering Wines, you represent that you are of legal drinking age and the person to whom any wine will be delivered, is also of legal drinking age. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing an alcohol beverage product, will require the signature of an adult possessing valid picture identification, issued by a government agency proving he or she is of legal drinking age.
Preventing Underage Purchases
All deliveries require an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. We encourage you to use a commercial business address such as your office or workplace to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center it originally shipped from. An additional fee will apply to reship undeliverable packages. The delivery carrier will verify proof of age. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.
